У меня был первый начальник прекрасный, но он ушел на пенсию и его сменит тиран. Его политика была, держать свой коллектив в постоянном напряжении не давать никому спуска, любые проблемы он решает только криками. Что делать , как с ним бороться? Или самый лучший выход найти себе другую работу?

Я взял на работу человека, недавно вышедшего из тюрьмы. Взял по просьбе друзей, которым не могу отказать. В последнее время на работе участились пьянки. Они хотя и проходят после работы, и всё таки это пьянки. Стал замечать, что после того как я высказал своё мнение, отношения в коллективе со мной стали натянутые. Но и уволить я его не могу. А все разговоры с ним, впустую. Да и спец он неплохой. Как быть, ума не приложу.

Если в коллективе завелась воровка.

Здравствуйте, я работаю в большом магазине, соответственно коллектив тоже большой, в основном женский.
Всё было хорошо, можно сказать даже отлично, пока в коллективе не завелась крыса и не начала воровать деньги.
Магазин здаёт смену с большим минусом, соответственно недостачу делят на всех продавцов. Начинаются склоки, все следят друг за другом, но ничего не получается. У всех нервы на приделе.Но работы другой нет.
Помогите пожалуйста советом, что делать в такой ситуации и как поймать воровку.

Я еще никогда не работала. Так получилась, что после окончания колледжа я замуж вышла и у меня родилась дочь и вот моей дочке уже 2,5 года ее пора в садик отдавать, а мне пора искать работу. Но, когда подумаю, что придется крутиться в новом совершенно не знакомом коллективе меня одолевает страх, а вдруг я не приживусь? А ведь работу так сложно найти и меня ее тоже не просто! Как преодолеть страх?
